Refunds and cancellations

These rules apply to in-person sittings of Anchor Line Chart School at Panaskerteli Avenue 37, Tkvarcheli, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Georgia. Fees are collected at the studio or by the method we confirm in writing. This website does not take payment, so a “refund” means returning a fee you already paid to the school — not reversing a card charge on this domain.

Eligibility

A full refund of the sitting fee is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time we confirmed, and if the sitting has not begun. Private walkthroughs follow the same 48-hour line. Reversal circles need 48 hours because the table is only four chairs.

A partial refund of 50% of the sitting fee is available if you cancel between 48 and 12 hours before the start, provided we have not already printed a named pack for you. After we print a named pack, the paper cost of 12 GEL is kept even if the rest is returned under this paragraph.

Timeframe to ask

Write to studio@page-anchorline.click or telephone +995 599 120 342 no later than seven days after the sitting you paid for if you believe a refund is due under these rules. Requests after seven days are considered only if the school cancelled the sitting.

Full, partial, and none

Full refund: school cancels a sitting, or you cancel with 48 hours or more, or you cannot enter the room because we failed to disclose a closed door after a confirmed reservation.

Partial refund: late cancel as above, or you attend and the sitting ends early because of a building fault we cannot repair the same evening — then we return a share equal to the unused half, rounded to the nearest lari.

No refund: you miss the sitting without notice (no-show), you leave by choice after the first block, or you are asked to leave for conduct described in the terms. Weekend intensives: missing Sunday after sitting Saturday does not refund Saturday; Sunday’s unused half is returned only if you cancelled Sunday at least 12 hours ahead.

Non-refundable items

Tea, borrowed pencils, and the standard unmarked A3 pack included in the fee are not priced separately and are not refunded on their own. A named extra pack you asked us to print in advance is non-refundable once printed (12 GEL). Travel, lodging, and meals are never refunded by the school.

Process

Send the reservation name, the sitting date, and how you paid. We confirm in writing within three working days. Approved refunds are paid within ten working days by the same method we received (cash at the studio by appointment, or bank transfer to the account you used). We do not send cash by post.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may move a confirmed chair to another sitting of the same format, subject to space, if you ask at least 24 hours ahead. One move per fee is included. A second move is treated as a cancel-and-rebook under the refund lines above.

If we must cancel (instructor illness, blocked avenue, no heat in winter), we offer the next equivalent sitting or a full refund of that fee. We contact you with the telephone or email on the reservation.

Deposits

We do not take separate deposits. The sitting fee is the whole amount. If we ever hold a chair with a written partial payment, that partial payment follows the same 48-hour / 12-hour lines as a full fee.

No-shows and work already started

If you are not in the room fifteen minutes after the stated start, the chair may be given to the paper waiting list. That is a no-show. Once a sitting has started and you have taken a pack, the educational work has begun; leaving early does not reopen a full refund.

Materials already prepared

Saturday lab packs are shuffled the evening before. If you cancel after that shuffle for a named extra pack, the 12 GEL print cost stays with the school. Standard packs for people who never arrived are reused and are not charged to you beyond a no-show fee already paid.

Exceptions

Documented hospital admission on the sitting day: we move you once without using your included reschedule, or we refund in full. We do not otherwise refund for change of mind about markets, for a chart that did not “work,” or for disagreement with a label the table refused to write.
