What we collect

When you write in, we receive the name, email, optional telephone number, sitting choice, and message you type. If you telephone us, we may write the same fields in the reservation book. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website because the site does not take payment.

Why we use it

We use reservation details to confirm a chair, tell you if a sitting is full, send a simple map note, and follow the refund and cancellation rules. We do not sell lists and we do not send marketing series. We may email once about a sitting you already asked about.

Cookies

If you accept the banner, the browser stores a single preference key described on the cookie page. Rejecting that storage does not stop you reading pages or sending the contact form.

Retention

Reservation notes are kept for up to twenty-four months so we can answer refund questions and remember large-print requests. You may ask us to correct or delete your note by emailing the address above, unless we must keep a record of a fee already settled.

Sharing

We do not share your message with other participants. Hosting for this static site may process technical request logs (such as IP addresses) according to the host’s own terms. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.

Your requests
